CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect the time and preparation that goes into each service, I kindly require at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total, regardless of the reason. Thank you for understanding that this policy supports my ability to serve all clients with the attention and care they deserve.
